This document is intentionally not final legal copy. It is an informational placeholder seeded through Motence's existing policy administration workflow. Publishing or viewing this document does not record consent, change a person's cookie preferences, or require anyone to accept new terms.
Before production publication, approved legal copy must identify every technology that stores or reads browser information, its purpose, category, provider, domain, lifetime, lawful basis, and the available preference controls. The approved document must distinguish strictly necessary technologies from optional functional, analytics, and marketing technologies. It must also explain how an authenticated person can change preferences and how browser-local anonymous preferences are handled after sign-in.
Until that review is complete, optional technologies remain subject to the product's consent controls. This placeholder must be replaced through the versioned Policy Console by an authorised publisher after legal approval.
